is a project studio and guest suite set-up for small to fairly complex projects. There is a guest bedroom with kitchen, a shared bar area, and my studio for work and recording. The key is flexibility. It is not intended as a recording studio only- rather for artists with projects. Piano, composition, and electronic music lessons take place in the studio as well. Clients who stay for longer periods get keys and may come and go freely, as well as use the outside area to recreate and hold meetings.
